When the company decides to hire a new employee, or an employee changes job, or an employee gets (temporarily) extra rights different from default, a lot of thinking and manual actions are needed so give the employee all the Synergy functionalities needed.

With this add-on you do a one-time default setup. You define the roles per division, per cost center, per job group, per job title or a combination of these four elements. Then by a workflow request the proper the roles will automatically be assigned.

For projects roles will automatically be assigned to project members based on the start date and end date of the membership.
